Air conditioning for Sunshine Coast large commercial projects

Maroochydore’s Verve on Cotton Tree is a new, modern eight-storey apartment building. Being a residential development on the beautiful, sub-tropical Sunshine Coast, providing high-quality commercial air conditioning systems was crucial – that’s where The Cool Shop came in.

The Cool Shop received the contract to provide air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for the Dinstarr Construction/Development complex. As part of the project we installed Daikin ducted air conditioning systems to all 45 apartments, from the ground floor right up to the penthouses. We also installed air conditioning in the office and ground floor foyer, providing comfort for staff and visitors. Mechanical ventilation was required for all bathrooms and laundry areas, as well as basement car park ventilation.

We completed the job in January, having fitted Daikin ducted air conditioning throughout the complex. The modern hotel, which fronts onto the ocean in Maroochydore, is now fitted from top-to-tail with market-leading, flexible and efficient air conditioning and ventilation.

The Cool Shop’s professional team took on the challenge of working at heights in variable weather conditions. We ensured each stage of the installation was on time, and worked in with all other parts of the project.
