Very quick to organise the supply and fitting of our replacement aircon. All completed at the quoted time with minimal mess and everything left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend The Cool Shop.
Installed ducted air and it leaked. Would not fix, would not discuss. Only solution they provided was to run system 24 hour a day!! Finally had to get another company to fix.
Daikin Lite aircon.Terrible install work & follow up service. Had a full breakdown within 12 hours of install & subsequent 15 breakdowns still under warranty. Other contractors & Daikin called in to repair, as The Cool Shop was 'unavailable' & denied responsibility. Daikin H/O, property owners & other contractors have documented problems with the work of The Cool Shop. Have now replaced this Daikin lite with another brand whilst still under warranty.

If your shopping around looking at air conditioning for your home, stop wasting time and just contact The Cool Shop. Lloyd (Director) will come out and give you a thorough and complete evaluation of your home. He is a down to earth bloke that just tells you all the pros and cons of the system your house needs. He is very experienced (over 15 years) and gave me my quote without having to return to the office and go through some system to come up with a price. His pricing is good and you say to yourself, why didn't I find this guy a couple of years ago.
On the day of installation, a very polite and hard working team of young men arrived on time and immediately started work. First part of the job was to walk me through my house and describe what they were going to do. They worked as a well trained team and without any loud music system blaring or constantly checking their mobile phones. At the end of the installation, I was given a complete introduction and training on the installed equipment. As per other reviews, they are very good at cleaning up after they have finished.

We had a ducted air system replaced (ours was 20+ years old, heavily corroded, noisy and on its last legs). I was dreading the disruption but, the Cool Shop team worked quietly and efficiently on both interior and exterior. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely happy with the service and the price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Some of the modifications to the ducting inlets and placing the new indoor unit in the roof void required removal of some plasterboard. Rather than completing the task in the easiest way for them, they worked with us to find a solution that was more aesthetically pleasing to ourselves. The team completed the work faultlessly requiring no visits by sub-trades for repairs.
The installation of the indoor and outdoor units was completed without any issue and the system is now working as it should.
The clean up post install was excellent.
On completion we were provided with a handover brief by a member of the installation team which included guidance on methods to preserve the unit particularly as we are in a coastal area.
