I called to get a quote and Julie organised for Lloyd, the owner to be here the next day.  He arrived on time, chatted about what I was looking for and I had a quote in my inbox before Lloyd drove away.  The installation team arrived on time the following week, removed the old unit and had the new system up & running in a few hours leaving behind a spotless work site. We couldn't have been happier with the process from beginning to end. They showed up on time for both the quote and the install and gave excellent, professional advice throughout. Exisiting equipment was reused where possible and we were given a good price on the new units required. Our wishes were met precisely in terms of the specifications of the system and the location for installation. The installation team gave probably the best experience I have had with tradespeople. They carried out the work efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, answered all of our questions comprehensively yet in a way that was easily understood by we novices, and they were genuinely nice guys. I left this review a couple of months to make sure everything worked fine, and we have had no problems whatsoever. Would gladly recommend The Cool Shop for all your air conditioning needs.
